UM Role Alerts: Utilization Management Jobs, Sent to Your Inbox

Looking for a utilization management, utilization review, or prior authorization role? Join UM Role Alerts. When an employer or recruiter shares a UM role with me, I email you the full details, so you hear about it without scrolling through job boards.

What every alert includes

  • The role and review type (prior authorization, concurrent review, retrospective review, or another UM role)
  • The salary range
  • The state or states where you need to be licensed, and whether the role accepts RNs, LVNs, or both
  • Whether it’s remote, hybrid, or on-site, plus the city if there’s any on-site time
  • How to apply

What you won’t get

  • Listings without a salary range. If a recruiter won’t share full details, the role doesn’t go out.
  • Case management roles with no UM duties. Alerts are for UM work only.
  • Filler emails. Alerts go out only when a real role comes in, so timing varies.
  • Recruiter calls. I don’t share your email with recruiters or employers.

Who it’s for

UM Role Alerts are for any nurse who wants to work in utilization management:

  • Bedside RNs ready to move into utilization review
  • Case managers, hospice nurses, and home health nurses with skills that transfer to UM
  • Experienced UM nurses open to their next role
  • LVNs looking for UM roles that accept an LVN license

Get ready before the right role shows up

UM roles fill fast, and many recruiters screen resumes in seconds. When an alert lands in your inbox, you want your resume ready to send.

Questions

Is UM Role Alerts free?

Yes. It’s free, and you can unsubscribe anytime with one click at the bottom of any email.

How often will I get alerts?

Only when an employer or recruiter shares a UM role with full details. Some months there may be several, other months none.

Are you a recruiter or staffing agency?

No. MedScholaria is a continuing education provider for utilization management nurses. I share roles so nurses hear about them sooner. You apply directly with the employer or recruiter listed in the alert, and the hiring decision is theirs.

Why do you ask for my state?

Many UM employers require a nursing license in the state where you live. Your state lets me send you only the roles you can actually apply for.

I’m a recruiter or employer. How do I share a role?

Use the recruiter contact form. Please include the salary range, the state or states, remote, hybrid, or on-site status, and the city if there’s any on-site time. Roles must be in utilization management, utilization review, or prior authorization.

Role details come from the employer or recruiter who shared them. MedScholaria doesn’t guarantee interviews or job offers, and isn’t responsible for hiring decisions. Always confirm role details with the employer before applying.
