What is the minimum group size?
Group pricing starts at 3 nurses. You can mix courses in one order, and the discount tier is based on the total number of seats.
Can you invoice us or accept a purchase order?
Yes. We accept credit card, invoice, and purchase orders, and we can provide a W-9 for your vendor setup.
Can managers track their nurses’ progress?
Yes. For group orders, we set up a private group with manager access so you can see each nurse’s progress and course completions. If you prefer, we can enroll each nurse directly instead.
Will this CE count for our nurses’ license renewal?
MedScholaria is a California Board of Registered Nursing approved provider (CEP #18046). Our CE is accepted for RN license renewal in 33 states plus DC. Some states, such as Delaware, Nevada, and Texas, also require specific mandatory topics, so check your state board. LVN and LPN requirements vary by state; tell us where your nurses are licensed and we will confirm. See the full state acceptance list.
Do the courses require live attendance?
No. Every course is online and self-paced, so nurses can complete it around their schedules. Each nurse receives a certificate when they finish each course.
