Welcome to Medscholaria Consulting Inc. (“Medscholaria,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Continuing Education (CE) courses and website. By enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Course Enrollment & Eligibility
1.1 Eligibility & Accreditation
- Medscholaria Consulting Inc. is a licensed Continuing Education (CE) provider, accredited by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN).
- License Number: 18046
- License Type: Continuing Education Provider (CEP)
- Business Location: California (Remote business, 100% Online and Self-Paced Courses)
- Our courses are open to registered nurses, case managers, and healthcare professionals seeking CE credit.
1.2 State Regulatory Requirements
- California Nurses: Medscholaria’s CE courses are approved for California nurses and meet California BRN requirements.
- Other States: If you are licensed outside of California, it is your responsibility to confirm that our CE courses meet your state’s Board of Nursing (BON) regulatory requirements before enrolling.
- You can check the continuing education requirements for all U.S. states by reviewing state-specific BON regulatory guide.
2. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
2.1 Payment – Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
2.2 Refund Policy
- Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the course has been accessed.
- No Refunds: After 48 hours, or if the course has been partially or fully completed, no refunds will be issued.
- Course Cancellation by Medscholaria: If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
2.3 Course Access & Completion
- Courses are self-paced with access for 12 months.
- No refunds or extensions will be provided for incomplete or expired courses.
3. Certificates of Completion & Verification
3.1 Certificate Guarantee
- You are guaranteed a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the course.
- Certificates will include:
- Your name
- Course title and completion date
- Medscholaria’s CE Provider Number (#18046)
- BRN-compliant contact hours earned
3.2 Verification & Record Keeping
- We maintain course completion records for at least four (4) years in compliance with California BRN regulations.
- Licensing boards, employers, or other third parties may request verification of course completion by contacting us at polina@medscholaria.com.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership & Usage Restrictions
- All course materials, quizzes, videos, and content are the exclusive property of Medscholaria Consulting Inc.
- Unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. State-Specific Regulatory Information (California)
Medscholaria Consulting Inc. is an approved Continuing Education Provider under California BRN regulations.
California Continuing Education Requirements for RNs
- California Registered Nurses (RNs) must complete 30 contact hours of continuing education every two years to renew their license.
- Courses must be BRN-approved or from a BRN-recognized CE provider (like Medscholaria Consulting Inc.).
- CE courses must relate to direct or indirect patient care, nursing practice, or professional development.

Other U.S. State Board Requirements
Nurses licensed in other states must verify that Medscholaria’s CE courses meet their state BON requirements.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1 Educational Purpose – Courses are designed for professional development and CE credit. They do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
6.2 No Employment or Licensing Guarantee
- Completion of a CE course does not guarantee job placement, promotions, or state board approval.
- It is your responsibility to confirm that the course meets your state’s licensing renewal requirements before enrolling.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
Medscholaria Consulting Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation or reliance on course materials.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our courses constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
