How Course Purchase & Access Works

Step 2 — Open your cart

  • In the top-right corner of the website, click the Cart icon/link.
  • Review your item(s), then click Proceed to checkout.

Step 3 — Complete checkout (this creates your access)
At checkout, you will be asked to enter:

  • Billing details (name, address, etc.)
  • Email address (this becomes your login email)
  • RN License Information (RN license number + issuing state — required to issue your certificate)
  • Payment information

Then check the box to agree to the terms and click Place order.

Step 4 — Start the course

  • After checkout, you’ll see a “Thank you” page with a link to your course access area.
  • When you see My Account page → Courses and click Continue Study.
  • Your progress is saved, so you can start/stop anytime.

Step 5 — Certificate of completion

  • After completing the course requirements (evaluation + quiz), your certificate is issued automatically.
  • You can download it anytime from My Account → Certificates.
