Meet Our Founder: Polina Obshchanska, BSN, MSN (in progress), CDP, CPHQ (by Q4, 2025)
Polina is a healthcare leader, educator, and consultant with extensive experience in dementia care, hospice, case management, and utilization management. Since beginning her career in 2016 as a caregiver for elderly and dementia patients, she has advanced through roles in hospice, ICU, and utilization management, gaining expertise in quality audits, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and registered nurse (RN) in California, Polina founded Medscholaria Consulting Inc. to provide continuing education (pending BRN approval), UM training, healthcare compliance consulting, and process improvement solutions. With a BSN from Ohio University and an MSN in Healthcare Administration in progress at Franklin University, she is committed to strengthening the U.S. healthcare workforce, improving operational efficiency, and advancing patient-centered care.
