Polina Obshchanska, RN, BSN, MSN Candidate (Nurse Administrator), CDP
Founder | Nurse Educator | Compliance & Policy Consultant
Polina is a healthcare leader with a passion for education, innovation, and healthcare policy reform. Since starting her journey in 2016 as a caregiver, she has built deep experience in utilization management, case management, hospice, dementia care, audits, and regulatory compliance.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Registered Nurse licensed in California, Polina founded Medscholaria Consulting to bridge the gap between frontline clinical knowledge, continuing education, and policy development. She holds a BSN from Ohio University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Administrator degree at Franklin University.
Polina’s mission is to support nurses and post-acute care organizations by blending education, compliance, and policy development to strengthen care delivery and regulatory readiness.
